HOW IT WORKS

After you have contacted Rested Tribe, we will offer you a free 15-minute no obligation phone consultation. This will not only help us to ascertain the nature of the problem, but more importantly, it will allow you the opportunity to feel confident that we are the right company to support you and your family. Rested Tribe will suggest which package we feel would suit your child and your family’s requirements.

If you decide to go ahead, Rested Tribe will send you a pre consultation form which will contain questions about your child’s current sleep situation and how you are responding. It will also cover your values and your child’s temperament, which will allow us to assess what strategies will best suit yours and your child’s needs. You will also be sent a 3 day sleep diary to complete which will allow us to check there is nothing else that we are missing!

 Rested Tribe will then put together a bespoke sleep plan with strategies and routines, which we will go over together in depth during our consultation. Your plan will be clear and will provide step by step instructions for strategies to best suit your child. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions or raise any concerns you may have. You will leave the consultation feeling empowered and confident to make these positive changes.

Depending on your chosen package Rested Tribe will offer daily WhatsApp support.
This extra guidance allows us to address any issues, make necessary tweaks and offer daily comfort and encouragement. We will be with you every step of the way!
Again, depending on your chosen package, you will be offered a follow up phone review where we can discuss any questions and set some future goals so that you feel confident and empowered moving forward.
